Open Edition Etchings

Open Edition means the print is not numbered. Prints are pulled from the copper plate long as the plate holds up. Each print is an original, each print is hand pulled. At some point I will cancel the plate and stop printing from it, but I won't know how many prints have been pulled (most likely less than 150).  Numbering or editioning prints became a common practice at the turn of the century, primarily to inflate the value. For good reasons and questionable reasons, numbering is the orthodox practice today.  I don't see the point in numbering everything I make.
