     Open Edition means the print is not numbered. Each print is an original, each print is hand pulled. At some point I will cancel the plate and stop printing from it, but I won't know how many prints have been pulled (most likely less than 150).  Numbering or editioning prints became a common practice late in the 19th century, primarily to inflate the value. For reasons both legitimate and suspicious, numbering is the orthodox practice today.  I don't see the point in numbering everything I make.
